Meet The Chef

New Site Under Construction

I am a classically trained chef with 35 years’ experience delivering Seasonal Menus whether it be a Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Canapés or a Fillet of Beef Wellington dinner followed by a delicious Dessert.  I pride myself on Taste, Quality and Quantity.   All meals are freshly cooked and tailored to your individual requirements using traditional French Recipe Sauces and I will only use quality cuts of meat locally sourced.  

If you are planning a short break at a holiday home or a private dinner at home what better position to be in than to have your own personal chef for your family and friends leaving you to be the perfect relaxed host enjoying the experience.

For Anniversary’s, Birthdays and any other event my team at Diamond Catering will do all the shopping, menu design, cooking and serving your chosen menu whilst you and your guests enjoy a delicious meal.
